Quick troubleshooting
Items or places don’t update
Try closing and reopening the app, then check if the change was saved. If the problem continues, take a screenshot and send it to us so we can investigate.
Can’t find an item
Use the search field in the app and try searching by name or part of the name. Make sure the item is not inside a different room or storage than you expected.
App feels slow or stuck
Restart the app and, if possible, restart your device. If it keeps happening, let us know how many rooms/items you have and we’ll look into performance.
Lost data or changes
The app saves changes locally on your device. If something important is missing, please contact us with details so we can help understand what happened.
Privacy
All your home inventory data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to the content of your rooms, storage units, or items.
